Cheryl Cole ‘Ditches Wedding Ring’

In 2008, after her husband Ashley was alleged to have cheated on the singer, Cheryl appeared to make a statement by stepping out without her costly rock.
And during last year’s X Factor, the Girls Aloud singer also notched up some serious column inches by appearing without her ring, although she claimed that it was because it did not match some of her outfits.
However, just weeks after announcing she is to split from the Chelsea footballer, Cheryl has been snapped without her wedding ring, which this time may offer a real insight into her feelings about her marriage.
In Paris promoting her new single Parachute, the singer appeared to purposely hold up her left hand for the waiting cameras, showing that she was not wearing the much talked about sparkler.
With this simple gesture, smiling Cheryl appeared to send a very clear message to Ashley.
There has yet to be an announcement on whether the couple plan to initiate divorce proceedings, but it could be said that according to Cheryl’s hand, time is running out for her marriage.
