Pete Says Jordan Wedding Gave Him Closure
By admin • Feb 11th, 2010Peter Andre is unlikely to have shed many tears upon hearing the news that his ex-wife Katie Price has tied the knot with her new love Alex Reid.
Indeed, the singer claims that Katie, also known as Jordan, getting hitched has finally brought him closure, after the couple went their separate years last year.
Speaking to the News of the World, Pete said he was "absolutely not" upset to hear the news his ex-wife and mother of his two children Junior and Princess had walked down the aisle a second time - after a whirlwind wedding in Las Vegas following cage fighter Alex’s Celebrity Big Brother victory.
He added that the news was the "best closure I could have asked for", adding that his kids were his main priority.
"Once she became Mrs Reid it’s not my business anymore. I stepped away from the circus a long time ago. Whatever is to do with the kids will be my business," Peter explained.
A case in point being a recent alleged disagreement between the former power couple, after a picture was posted on Facebook by Jordan’s sister of two-year-old Princess wearing fake eyelashes, eye-shadow and lip gloss.
Pete told GMTV he found the incident "disgusting".
